Service is very reliable and they respond quickly when there are more urgent needs.The workers are respectful, very nice and considerate.They are very responsive and truly have a mastery of their trade, particularly the manager, Pat. they helped us deal with a difficult problem, (yellow jackets in our home.). They are now dealing with an overwhelming ant problem that we have. We are definitely making progress!

Randy from Magic came today to help with a mice issue. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help in any way possible. He did not rush and took the time to thoroughly investigate all possible entry points and set a lot of traps. He really really knew what he was doing . I would highly recommend him!
