We recently contacted Magic Exterminating regarding a mice infestation in our two-bedroom apartment. From my initial conversation with the receptionist, it was clear that we were dealing with a highly professional organization.
She promptly scheduled a next-day appointment for a complimentary consultation with no obligation. As requested, Shaq arrived early to our apartment to conduct a thorough inspection.

Shaq demonstrated exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and diligence throughout the process. He was courteous, attentive, and very well-versed in handling mice infestations. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided clear guidance on preventive measures as well as the recommended course of action for eliminating the infestation.

After meeting with him, we felt reassured and confident in the plan moving forward.

I would highly recommend Magic Exterminating to anyone seeking a reliable and professional service for rodents or any type of infestation. We were extremely satisfied with their service and expertise.

Magic Extermination has been our proved for 8 years. They are reliable, responsive and very knowledgeable. We receive quarterly maintenance on our property but when I called to report a rodent issue, they were there the next day. Aaron was very professional and thorough. Shakiv is the ONLY person I'll request from now on! I've used Magic Extermination a couple of times now, and I have to say, Shakiv completely changed my experience with this company. When I first called the office, the person I spoke with wasn't exactly the friendliest, which left me a little hesitant. But the moment Shakiv arrived at my home, it was a complete 180. From start to finish, Shakiv was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Had several infestations of bees and several stings. Finally called Shak with Magic. No more bees. Always reliable! Had some bugs and crickets in the basement. No more bugs. Wish I could have that kind of resolution for all my daily problems.

After being disappointed with the service I was receiving I spoke to a manager that came to my location within the hour addressed and resolved my issues and has stayed attentive to our needs

Service is very reliable and they respond quickly when there are more urgent needs.The workers are respectful, very nice and considerate.They are very responsive and truly have a mastery of their trade, particularly the manager, Pat. they helped us deal with a difficult problem, (yellow jackets in our home.). They are now dealing with an overwhelming ant problem that we have. We are definitely making progress!
