Pest Control Reviews

Jo-Anne K.
This week, I had my annual inspection. I was met at my front door by a young man with an amicable smile who identified himself as Chris. He was most pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He also respectfully answered any questions I had. Thank you, Magic, for hiring the very best!

They found a bee nest in the wall of my house and treated it. Following day, dozens of bees inside my house! Called and they sent Chris within the hour - he went room by room, clean, and checked for any gaps or room the bee can enter through. Chris was kind, professional, took the time to ensure no bees left behind.Absolutely appropriated!!!

Exceptional

Magic Extermination has earned a customer for life! The entire experience with the company was flawless, but Shak Khan really took the service to the next level. He is the real deal—thorough, patient, and incredibly skilled at what he does. He didn't just rush through the job; he went through the house very throughly and inspect and examine each area and gave me total peace of mind. Magic and Khan are very responsive and responsible. He would also text me to see if the issue has been addressed and follow up to make sure the preventive measures are in place. Magic Extermination is an amazing company, and Shak is a massive asset to their team. 10/10 recommend!

James is one of the best he knows what he’s doing

Magic is the Best! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional service, will continue to use them.

Magic exterminating has been our exterminator for years. Always come right away when it is bees and wasps! They are wonderful.

Professional and very thorough.

Professional staff and management. They’re magicians in that pests frequently disappear when they arrive on the scene. Last week, AJ stayed later to help ensure that everything was properly addressed.

The agent was fantastic.

The installation of the LIV system and attending to the cleaning and repair of an opening where a bird nest was formed outside of our home was handled very well.

Everything could not have been n better The crew arrived on time and did everything in a most professional manner I highly recomend them.

I highly recommend Magic. I have been with them for more than 20 years. AJ was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me about what type of bug I have and why and when it comes. Thank you so much.

The tech Name is Yves was great he know what he was doing and explained it right

Tech Yves provided exceptional service and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to share valuable information that helped me effectively address my insect problem. I truly appreciate his expertise and dedication. Thank you to Magic Extermination and Tech Yves for a job well done!

AJ did a spectacular job! Installed 17 termite stations around the perimeter of the house. Neat and clean and very professional!

Good service thanks Nick.

I needed to call an exterminator service, and didn’t know who to call. After reading the reviews for Magic, I decided to call. The lady on the phone was helpful and scheduled my appointment. She gave me the name of the technician and his name was Shak. In June 2026 Shak came to my home as scheduled. He listened to the reasons for my call and clearly explained what he was going to do. He was knowledgeable, caring, honest and answered all my questions. My situation was addressed and taken care of. I can honestly say in my opinion that Shak was the best technician I have ever done business with. Shak is asset to Magic Exterminating and I would not hesitate to call back if needed.

We recently had a carpet Beatle issue. The young professional man, I think I’m spelling his name correctly, Ahmed? Came into inspect. He was extremely professional very honest n just a breath of fresh air! We hired magic n they fit us in as quick as they could , busy time of the year n came bk right away. The guys who came to exterminate were super professional n very kind n respectful n explained everything to us. The supervisor even stopped by the job to see if was going smoothly. Honestly, they were reasonably priced and very honest and I would call them again if I ever needed them n I have alrdy referred others to them.

Nick was awesome and so thorough! Thank you for all the help!
