Magic Extermination has earned a customer for life! The entire experience with the company was flawless, but Shak Khan really took the service to the next level. He is the real deal—thorough, patient, and incredibly skilled at what he does. He didn't just rush through the job; he went through the house very throughly and inspect and examine each area and gave me total peace of mind. Magic and Khan are very responsive and responsible. He would also text me to see if the issue has been addressed and follow up to make sure the preventive measures are in place. Magic Extermination is an amazing company, and Shak is a massive asset to their team. 10/10 recommend!

I needed to call an exterminator service, and didn’t know who to call. After reading the reviews for Magic, I decided to call. The lady on the phone was helpful and scheduled my appointment. She gave me the name of the technician and his name was Shak. In June 2026 Shak came to my home as scheduled. He listened to the reasons for my call and clearly explained what he was going to do. He was knowledgeable, caring, honest and answered all my questions. My situation was addressed and taken care of. I can honestly say in my opinion that Shak was the best technician I have ever done business with. Shak is asset to Magic Exterminating and I would not hesitate to call back if needed.

We recently had a carpet Beatle issue. The young professional man, I think I’m spelling his name correctly, Ahmed? Came into inspect. He was extremely professional very honest n just a breath of fresh air! We hired magic n they fit us in as quick as they could , busy time of the year n came bk right away. The guys who came to exterminate were super professional n very kind n respectful n explained everything to us. The supervisor even stopped by the job to see if was going smoothly. Honestly, they were reasonably priced and very honest and I would call them again if I ever needed them n I have alrdy referred others to them.

Representative Shak was very knowledgeable about what my issue was at home and had his team work carefully to ensure I didn’t have any more of the same problems with Rats, mice and ants which I never had before at my home.
